Hallelujah! Toys R Us Offers Online Layaway

Parenting / Single Moms Talk / November 6, 2014

Yes, you read that correctly.  Toys R Us has online layaway.

The terms are very simple.

  • Choose your items and add them to the “layaway cart.”

  • Pay a 10% deposit. There is NO service fee.

  • Choose how you get it 0 either in-store or sent directly to your home.

  • Make payments online 24 hours a day or in store at any register.

  • Once final payment is made, they will either ship your items to you, or notify you that they are ready for pick up, depending on what you chose!

  • If you cancel your layaway, you will receive what ever payments you made, minus a $10 service fee.

I do believe that this is the best thing that I have heard this year as it relates to holiday shopping.  My son has the Wii U on his list and Lord knows I didn’t want to be out in the hustle and bustle of Christmas shopping.  Being able to do a layaway from the convenience of my home has got to be the greatest!  FINALLY, a retailer has got this layaway thing RIGHT!

See Toys R Us for more info.
