Oprah has taken a break from interviewing (for just a moment) to become one of the stars in the Lee Daniels, “The Butler.” “The Butler” chronicles the life of Eugene Allen, the African-American butler who served eight presidents in the White House from 1952 to 1986.
Oprah plays the wife of Forest Whitaker who plays Eugene Allen. She recently posted a pic via Instagram of herself and actor Terrance Howard in a steamy scene from the movie. She included the caption, “And THAT’s a Wrap! Terrance Howard and me in our goodbye “love scene”. Thanks Lee Daniels for the great experience. #theButler.”
“The Butler” will be the first film that Oprah has starred in since the 1998 film, ‘Beloved.”
On her performance and working with Whitaker, Oprah told “CBS This Morning,” “”I felt pretty good about it,” she said. “Forest is a good kisser, how about that? Thank you, Keisha Whitaker.”
